A complete lacrosse training program must balance the tenacity of one of the most demanding team sports.
Lacrosse depends upon the physical and performance qualities of most other sports combined.

A great program must include a focus on strength and agility but also emphasize navigating game situations while always reading the defense.
Lacrosse players must be swift to be successful on the field. The athletes must also maintain speed, handle the stick, and execute sudden maneuvers or stops.
Our training program is designed for both experienced & new lacrosse players. We have fun learning but at the same time improve lacrosse skills.
